Tropical Kiwi Smoothie

Recipe Highlights:

  • They taste like a vacation! All those fruits make it taste like a tropical getaway.
  • They’re perfect for a hot day. They’re so refreshing and will cool you right down.
  • They’re a fun way to get your fruits. It’s way more exciting than just eating a banana!

Tips and Tricks for Making Smoothies

  • Use frozen fruit. This will make your smoothies thick and icy without needing to add any ice. I prefer frozen fruit and usually have chopped fruit in the freezer I can use so I don’t need as much ice, if even at all.
  • Add some greens. Spinach or kale will add lots of nutrients, and you won’t even be able to taste them!
  • Don’t blend for too long. Blend until everything is smooth, but don’t overdo it. If you blend too long, your smoothie might get warm.
