- They’re a fun way to get your fruits. It’s way more exciting than just eating a banana!
Tips and Tricks for Making Smoothies
- Use frozen fruit. This will make your smoothies thick and icy without needing to add any ice. I prefer frozen fruit and usually have chopped fruit in the freezer I can use so I don’t need as much ice, if even at all.
- Add some greens. Spinach or kale will add lots of nutrients, and you won’t even be able to taste them!
- Don’t blend for too long. Blend until everything is smooth, but don’t overdo it. If you blend too long, your smoothie might get warm.

Amrita, Summer is so close, yet I can hardly feel it. We have a cold front moving in, so I’m glad I got the smoothie done ahead of time. The coconut milk was AWESOME. Thanks for visiting me! 🙂
