Making candy from scratch was so intimidating to me at first, but then I tried and I was surprised at how easy it can be. It’s definitely a bit more time consuming and more challenging than your average baking recipes, but these recipes I have are good for most cooks. We’ve got all our favorites, homemade salted soft caramels, vanilla cherry bark recipes, peanut butter bites, yummy truffle recipes, brittle recipes and fudge recipes.
