It might be cold outside where you are, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a creamy milkshake, especially flavored with the flavors of fall.

So what do you do when you open a package from Envy, and this is your beautiful view. While envy sent me these apples, it was quite awhile ago and this post is not sponsored by them. This recipe is our own creation and all words are ours.

Ingredients

The ingredients are simple.

  • vanilla ice cream
  • apples
  • apple pie spice
  • cream or half and half
  • toppings as desired – apple pie, caramel, whipped topping

Directions

It’s all about blending. No matter what you add, you’re simply going to chop up the apples into small pieces, and then blend it all together.

I suggest using a boba straw to make eating this milkshake a bit easier. However if you cut our apples small enough, you’ll be fine.

FAQs

Can I add actual apple pie to this apple pie milkshake?

You can! Simply break it up and blend it in when blending the rest of the milkshake.

How can I thicken or loosen my milkshake?

This recipe calls for half and half or cream, but if you want a looser milkshake, you’ll want to use milk. If you want it thicker, be sure you’re using cream.

Tips & Tricks

Taste as you go to get the best flavor.

Be sure to cut your apples up into small pieces unless using boba straws.
