Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie


  • 2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pie crust, homemade or ready to use


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice until blended.
Add eggs and beat just until blended.
Pour into your prepared pie crust.
Bake in a 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.
Allow to cool.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
