Strawberry Peach Bellini

Summer’s almost over, but there’s still time to enjoy just a little more warm weather.

There’s no better way to enjoy it than with a tall delicious fruity Bellini.

Strawberry Peach Bellini

Here in St. Louis, the weather is changing drastically. We have already had a few chilly days.

And just like that it heats back up.

We have had a couple of below 70 days, which is really nothing, but has been so welcomed.

I adore Fall, it is my favorite time of year.

But I can’t deny I will miss summer a little this year.

Most especially I will miss the flavors of summer, how can I not as a foodie?

Strawberry Peach Bellini

Why did we choose a Strawberry Peach Bellini?

We decided to toast summer in style with this absolutely delicious Strawberry Peach Bellini because what flavors compromise summer better than peach and strawberry.

What better way to enjoy these fruity flavors, than with a little sparking wine.

We enjoyed our Strawberry Peach Bellini on a rather cool summer evening, with a campfire, BBQ and crickets chirping in the background.

It was a wonderful time with family and friends.

Our final “glass of summer” as we sort of toasted in Fall. I’m so ready, and can’t wait to get into Fall cooking and flavors.

Do you do anything at your house to kind of send out one season and welcome in the next?

In St. Louis we get all four seasons, so it’s fun.

It’s fun to celebrate one season into the next and get ready for the next batch of seasonal flavors and foods.

My family is so tolerable of my strange traditions.

They really do humor me. I love them.

But I reallllllly loved these, and enjoyed our evening together.

We will definitely repeat this again next year with another summer beverage to toast out the season.

But for now, I will remember these, and probably crave these and the chilly nights and days ahead slowly creep in.

The leaves already crunch beneath my feet, so we are almost there.
