Garlic Parmesan Herb Dip
- 1 16 oz. container sour cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- Blend all ingredients until desired consistency.
Best if refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours to allow flavors to meld before serving, however can be served immediately.
