I cannot believe our Flavors of Fall event is over. This Autumn Spice Mocha Cake with Coffee Ganache is my final recipe for the week and brings the event to a close in a delicious way.
A very special thanks to Ellen from Family Around the Table and Christie from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures for organizing all of this, keeping everything straight and supporting us all.

I used Door County Coffee to make this incredible Autumn Spice Mocha Cake. And not just the cake, but I also used it for the ganache.
Yes, Door County Coffee is my favorite and to be honest, Door County Autumn Spice Coffee is specifically my absolute favorite.
They have over 100 types of coffees, but this one and their Wisconsin Harvest Blend is my other favorite. But seriously, there hasn’t been a single coffee I’ve tried, I haven’t loved.
They roast their coffee right there on site. I think this makes a huge difference.
What flavors does Door County Coffee have for Fall?
- Autumn Spice
- Bourbon Pecan Pie
- Caramel Apple
- Maple
- Pumpkin Spice
- Pumpkin Spice – Decaf
- White Chocolate Cinnamon Dolce
- Wisconsin Harvest Blend
But there are SO many other flavors, so don’t just stop there. If you want to try their top favorites, they have a Door County Coffee Sampler Pack.
If you want a seasonal sampler, they have a Fall Coffee Gift Pack too.
So in case you have missed anything this week, we have been sharing dozens of recipes a day. If you’ve missed any, you can simply search the hashtag #FallFlavors on your favorite social media site.
I started this week out with absolutely delicious Cinnamon Glazed Donut French Toast that literally takes day old stale donuts and makes them into something even better.
Next, I shared this incredible Plum Spice Bubble Milk Tea. A fruity bubble tea that’s SO delicious.
Yesterday, I shared a favorite around here, Pumpkin Pie Pecan Butter that literally makes you want to eat it by the spoonful.
I shared these Maple Coffee Brownies also made with Door County Coffee earlier, and now I am sharing an incredibly decadent Autumn Spice Mocha Cake with Coffee Ganache.
