These Strawberry Mango Margarita Popsicles are the best Boozy Popsicles to Beat the Heat! Hot outside? We’ve got you covered!
Whoa! It’s HOT out there. At least it is here. Is it hot where you are?
Today is over 98 degrees here in St. Louis, but that oh-so-lovely “Feels Like” temperature is what gets us.
I spend more than half my summer trying to come up with the most interesting ways to cool off.
My absolute favorite way is by submerging into just about any cool body of water … ie. our pool.
However, I have discovered that there is another way that I thoroughly enjoy cooling off. A little boozy popsicle (or two!)
So I submit to you these wonderful boozy pops that I have deemed my new favorites – Strawberry Mango Margarita Popsicles.
They are delicious! They are so full of flavor and the chunks of mango makes them even better!
Did I mention they are perfect for a super hot day? It’s like a cocktail on a stick, and who doesn’t enjoy eating things on sticks?
I also made these super easy.
I reached for my bottle of Sandra Lee Cocktail Time Margarita Mix to make these simpler and because my good friend Sandra Lee sure knows how to make a margarita!
As soon as I put one in my mouth, I was 200% sure I made the right choice!
