  • coconut milk
  • vanilla coffee syrup
  • cream of coconut
  • chilled brewed coffee – use regular coffee or try using cold brew coffee or espresso!
  • ice
  • optional: use a sweetener if desired, like stevia, maple syrup, brown sugar, simple sugar syrup or honey.

Dairy Free or Not Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Iced Coffee

If you aren’t dairy free or want to make this not dairy free, instead of the coconut milk try:

  • 1/4 cup half and half and a dash of coconut extract
  • 1/4 cup half and half with a tablespoon of cream of coconut.
  • Use Coffee Mate Coconut Creamer (also Non-Dairy)

Fun tip:

Pour cold coffee into ice cube trays and freeze. Add your coffee ice cubes to any coffee drink!

  • Add ice to an empty glass.
  • Pour the coconut milk, cream of coconut and the vanilla in. Stir well with ice.
  • Slowly pour the cold brewed coffee over the top allowing it to gently swirl.
