Chipotle Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

One of our favorite appetizers is deviled eggs. We make them for almost every holiday, event and party we throw.

So sometimes we want to change it up a little, and that’s what we did here with these Chipotle Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs.

Why we love this recipe:

  • Just as easy as a regular deviled egg recipe, but gives more flavor!
  • The cute little football shape are PERFECT for any gameday or football event.
  • Still only requires a few ingredients, but creates SO much delicious taste!

So much delicious, spicy, creamy flavor!

Can these Chipotle Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs be made ahead?

These can be made up to a day ahead. Refrigerate after making, and store in an airtight container.

However to preserve the pretty color of the egg, it’s better to store the egg mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator separately from the eggs, which should also be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Stir the egg mixture, spoon into a piping bag and pipe into eggs.

Do I have to make them like Footballs?

Nope! You can use the egg filling alone and leave the green onion on, or just chop and put chopped onion on top. This way you can use them for any party or event.

What you need to make these spicy deviled eggs:

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 jalapeños, depending on heat preference
  • 12 chipotles, depending on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 slices of bacon, finely chopped
  • sliced green onion for garnish
