Ingredients and Substitutions

  • Pork chops
  • Butter
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Milk
  • Cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic salt
  • Paprika

How To Make

Coat the chops with the seasoned flour, and brown in margarine or butter. Heat milk and add cream cheese, garlic salt and 1/4 C Parmesan cheese, mixing well until blended.

Place chops in baking dish ( 12×8). Cover with sauce, and 1/4 Parmesan cheese, bake at 325, 50 minutes, or until chops are tender. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired and place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes

Storing and Reheating Leftover Cheesy Pork Chops

In the Fridge:

  • Let the pork chops cool completely first. This helps prevent bacterial growth.
  • Transfer them to an airtight container. This will prevent them from drying out or absorbing other fridge odors.
  • Leftovers will stay safe for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

In the Freezer:

  • For longer storage, you can freeze leftover cheesy pork chops. Again, let them cool completely first.
  • Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe container.
  • Label the container with the date. Leftover cheesy pork chops will keep for up to 3 months in the freezer.

  • When reheating, thaw frozen pork chops overnight in the refrigerator.
  • You can reheat them gently in the oven, skillet, or microwave. Aim for low and slow heat to avoid drying out the meat.
