I love coffee. I love pumpkin pie. I love ice cream. I love milkshakes.  I love expensive coffee house drinks. And I love these Pumpkin Pie Coffee Milkshakes!

Why not combine the three and make a fun INEXPENSIVE coffee house beverage out of them. Yes, please.

I LOVE Pumpkin Pie Coffee Milkshakes!!

Like an iced coffee, only better.

It comes without the cost, and you can control the fat and calories because you’re making it at home!

Okay seriously, let’s get practical, the thing still has some calories, lots of calories, but I did use low fat ice cream and skim milk.

You can leave the brown sugar out and it won’t change it too much, it’s still sweet, it just won’t have the exact flavor.

It really wasn’t hard to come up with this recipe.

I just used the recipe for a coffee drink I have and added pumpkin and ice cream instead of all the milk and cream the original called for.

This is day 3 of our Spooky Treats Week and I cannot tell you how much fun I’ve had.

I am hosting this fun week with my friend Pam over at Blueberries and Blessings!

Yep. Well, let’s take a look at today’s recipe. I have no idea what Pam is making today, so I am excited to see.

I decided on these  Pumpkin Pie Coffee Milkshakes.

It’s really late at night as I am writing this and I am staring at these photos and all I want to do is nose dive into that whipped cream.

Seriously delicious, my kids kept asking for more. Wouldn’t you?

Pumpkin Pie Coffee Milkshakes

You could probably use real coffee in these that was cooled to room temperature too, but I had coffee ice cream and I decided to use that instead.

I may or may not have had the brilliant idea to add a few spoonfuls of pumpkin pie milkshake to my coffee yesterday.

That’s when I decided this needed to happen.

Since we made it late in the afternoon, we opted for the coffee ice cream in place of the actual coffee.

I have several versions of this fun milkshake I will probably add in coming weeks, but for now… enjoy this!

    1. It was so yummy. Which is hilarious because today it’s freakin’ cold here and it is the opposite of what I want. Now I want some hot, steamy, cozy beverage.
