It’s still very hot here in St. Louis, and because of that, I am reaching for cold beverages constantly. I love iced coffee, and drink a lot, but I can’t always head out to get some. I work from home, so I can’t keep taking breaks or I’ll get nothing done. Plus, if I can find that great coffeehouse taste without the coffeehouse hassle, I’m all over it. That’s why I turn to International Delight Iced Coffee.
It’s affordable and pretty darn convenient, fridge friendly and ready-to-drink whenever I want some. I love that! I just pour it over some ice and I am ready to sit back down and get to work. Takes less than 60 seconds.
My teenagers love International Delight Iced Coffee. They pour a huge glass in the morning before school. Pour it right over the ice, pop on a lid and grab a straw. They are out the door with their delicious coffee drink!
And I can enjoy it all year round too! I love to use it in dessert recipes to kick them up a notch. That’s how we came up with these Coconut Mocha Shakes. And they make a great dessert EVEN in winter, because… DESSERT! Yeah baby.
Plus the subtle flavors of coconut and chocolate, make you think of summer, so in the cold days of winter, allow yourself to escape by making one of these. No. Actually make like 10 of these because everyone will want one!
Find International Delight Iced Coffee at Walmart
Another great part of International Delight Iced Coffee is that you can find it at Walmart. International Delight Iced Coffee is now available in the refrigerated tea/juice section at Walmart. For us, we found it in the very back of the store and across from eggs, creamer, butter and milk and right next to the refrigerated tea and juice.
So are you ready to dip your straw or spoon into these creamy Coconut Mocha Shakes? Have I convinced you how delicious they are? Should I mention how creamy they are, how the delicious combination of flavors mingle with each other to literally create something that tastes straight from a coffee house? But it’s not! You can make it. In your kitchen. Today!
Oh and did I also mention that because of the use of International Delight Iced Coffee, these come together in only about 2 minutes? Yep! Having guests over and want to serve them something special? Keep the ingredients on hand and you’ll have a special treat in literally the time it takes them to walk from the car to the door and knock.
