Snickerdoodle Crinkle Cookies Recipe
Snickerdoodle Crinkle Cookies
Snickerdoodle Crinkle Cookies
- 2 cups of sugar
- ¾ cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg and blend well.
- In another bowl, sift together all remaining ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar and cinnamon for the topping together.
- Roll dough into 1″ balls. Roll into cinnamon/sugar mix.
- Place on cookie sheet 2″ apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
