I love seafood, and I’m lucky enough that so does most of my family. Shrimp is easily my favorite, and the most convenient to prepare. Especially with the help of SeaPak®, everything is better with shrimp! We love stuffed peppers and what better of a way to enjoy both but together in these fantastic Shrimp Scampi & Rice Stuffed Roasted Peppers.

SeaPak is easy to find at Walmart, in the frozen seafood aisle or on an endcap of the seafood aisle. We found them in both, and since it’s fresh coastal seafood, I would not have thought to look in the frozen aisle. I stocked up on Shrimp Scampi, Party Size Beer Battered Shrimp and Party Size Coconut Shrimp. They were perfect for some get-togethers we had lately, for a baby shower, game day party and of course, Mardi Gras!

There is a coupon for $.75 off any SeaPak product at Walmart.Shrimp Scampi and Rice Stuffed Roasted Peppers #ShrimpItUp #adWith so many fun ways to serve it, the SeaPak shrimp scampi can make just about any meal pop, and it’s so easy! Perfect for those quick weeknight dinners we are all after! The SeaPak party size products are PERFECT for any get together, or even just to serve for dinner too.

The recipe for these Shrimp Scampi and Rice Stuffed Roasted Peppers is simple. All it calls for is your favorite sauteed veggies, some cooked brown or white rice and then of course, preparing the shrimp scampi according to package directions. Mix it all up. Once it’s all mixed up, take green peppers, cut the tops off and clean them out. Fill them up with the great shrimp and rice mixture and pop them in a baking dish.Shrimp Scampi and Rice Stuffed Roasted Peppers #ShrimpItUp #ad

Just pop them in the oven and cook at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes. If you wish, during the last 5 minutes, sprinkle the top with some cheese. So delish!
