This easy weeknight dinner rolls a flavorful buttery tilapia filet with herbs and spices to make a fun, but incredibly delicious dinner!
I had to do another Paula Deen recipe this week, no real reason except I just love her to pieces and want to support her. And I couldn’t decide what I wanted to make for Mondays This Weeks Cravings.
Plus I absolutely adore Tilapia and so do most of my kids, so… it’s fitting. That is all.
Am I the only one that could probably eat Tilapia near daily and not grow tired of it? I love all kinds of fish, but Tilapia Recipes are my favorite!

I have used a mayo/parm topping on fish and then wrapped it in foil and grilled it. It’s amazing, so I am sure these rolls must be delicious.
Don’t you just love the mayo/parm combination? You know what else its good on? Chicken! lol

Maybe Tillapia fillets are new to me.
Ah that’s a shame. They are so good, and tender and delicious – with the right flavors they almost taste buttery – so good. I hope you get a chance to try them.
