I have a bit of an obsession with cheesecake. In fact, I happen to love cheesecake with a rather unhealthy obsession.
It’s a 50/50 household split though, on the rest of the family.
But just because a few of them don’t like it as much as I do, doesn’t mean I don’t make them often.
I love to try different recipes, put different things both on top and inside the cheesecake.
After a lot of experimenting I came up with this very scrumptious Cinnamon Cheesecake with Shaved Chocolate on top.
