It’s one of our go-to side dishes for summer events.
Whether it’s a pool party, a bbq or just a gathering of neighbors, this dish is extremely popular and can be made in so many fun ways.

Blueberry Marshmallow Fluff Salad
Ingredients
- 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding
- 20 ounces blueberry pie filling
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces whipped cream
- ¼ cups milk
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding and blueberry pie filling. Mix well.
- In another mix together the sour cream, whipped cream and milk.
- Gently fold the cream mixture into the blueberry mixture.
- Mix the marshmallows in.
- Chill for approximately 1-2 hours. Serve cold.
I know this will be a big hit at our next pot luck dinner.
This is such a fun side dish for a summer picnic or cookout. My kids would totally gobble it up!!
