Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil peeled
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 14.5 ounce tomatoes diced, undrained
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 butter
