Celebrate Skinny Cocktails? Yes please!
If I can make a favorite cocktail, with a little less calories so I can enjoy them more often, I’ll take it.
That’s just what we did with this delicious Skinny Rosemary Lime Vodka Fizz!
I love a good Vodka Fizz, and last summer we made a ton of these, only the non-skinny version.
They are great either way to be honest, but there is something about knowing I’m consuming less calories that makes me pretty happy.
This recipe uses only 4 simple ingredients and requires only about 10-15 minutes to whip up a batch to serve 8.
Be sure and save some Rosemary to garnish the drinks when serving.
It just looks more elegant and special.
Use fresh Rosemary and fresh lime juice to get the most flavor.
We found Sprite Zero at tons of stores, but the big W is where we got our bottle.
It’s great for tons of cocktails that call for seltzer water and sugar in the recipe, because using it, cuts the sugar and calories.
For another twist, try a flavored vodka. We use Vanilla Vodka a lot and it gives it even more great flavor.
