Ingredients

2 large avocados mashed
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoons onion minced
½ Tablespoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoon white pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk optional - see instructions

Instructions

In a mixer, blend the mashed avocados, cream cheese and lemon juice until creamy.
Add the minced onion, garlic powder, white pepper and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the mixture isn't smooth and creamy enough for you, add 2 tablespoons of milk and blend well.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, toast, bread, veggies, burritos, fajitas, tacos - and on and on and on.... goes great with almost anything!
