Instructions
Set the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
Slice the potatoes into long thin strips, about 1/2-inch thick.
Fill a bowl with warm water and allow fries to soak for about 10 minutes.
Drain the water. And set potatoes aside to dry a little.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and herbs.
Place the potatoes in a clean dry bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning and herb mix over the potatoes and toss to ensure they are well coated.
Put the potato strips into the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer. If you need to do more than one batch, it will make them crispier. But if you want to make them all in one batch, they will still be fantastic.
Cook the fries at 370ºF for 12 minutes. At the 6 minute mark, open basket and shake fries really well to flip them and allow more crispness in frying.
When complete, remove fries from air fryer and serve immediately.
