Lemonade Yogurt Popsicles

These Lemonade Yogurt Popsicles are sweet and tart all at once and help quench your thirst and cool you down on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 cups vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey 1 packet = 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 6 slices lemon seeds removed (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend the Vanilla Chobani Yogurt with the fresh squeezed lemon juice, the zest of the lemon and the honey.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into your popsicle molds and finish off with a slice of lemon... just tuck it down inside there.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours, but overnight is best, it won't melt as fast.
  • When ready to serve, dip your popsicle mold into hot water to release the popsicles.
