Homemade Watermelon Lemonade

A little bit tart, a little bit sweet, this refreshing Homemade Watermelon Lemonade is the perfect addition to your summer BBQ menu. It goes really well with anything you pull off the grill. Perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chopped
  • 4 large lemons juiced
  • cups granulated sugar
  • 6 cups cold water
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend the chopped watermelon until very smooth. Add the squeezed lemon juice and blend again until smooth. If you want to, you can strain this.. but it does remove some of the watermelon flavor, so I don't recommend it.
  • Pour into a large serving pitcher and add cold water.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

To Serve

  • Pour into glass filled with ice. Add a straw and sip away!
