Slider Rolls

mini shrimp
peeled and deveined.

cup
onion
chopped
½
cup
celery
chopped
¾
cup
mayonnaise
½
teaspoons
salt

teaspoons
black pepper

teaspoons
cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise and all the spices.
Toss the shrimp into the sauce until evenly coated.
Slice the slider rolls in half and toast (in toaster, on grill or in oven)
Remove and scoop shrimp mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
