Separate the crescent roll triangles on a large surface. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over each slice. Add a few pieces of whole and chopped raspberries.
Roll each slice from the wide side towards the center. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix up your sweet egg wash and brush the rolls all over with the egg wash.
Bake at 375℉ for 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Tip: We brushed these lightly in a sweet egg wash before baking, but it is not necessary.Sweet egg wash = 1 egg white + 1 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp sugar
