For the Filling:
1lbscream cheesesoftened
½cupgranulated sugar
3eggs
½teaspoonsvanilla
1teaspoonscinnamon
¼cupdark chocolateshaved
Instructions
The Crust:
Preheat oven 350.
Prepare the crust as directed on the package. If you are using a chocolate graham cracker crust you probably won't need to do anything to it.
For the Cheesecake:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and then beat in the eggs until the entire mixture is very smooth. Fill the pie shell with the cinnamon cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until firm in the center. Remove and allow to cool for about 25-30 minutes.Put in the refrigerator for a couple hours or until completely chilled. Just before serving add shaved dark chocolate to the top. Enjoy!
