Prepare the steel cut oatmeal as directed on package.
Once the oatmeal is finished cooking, remove from heat and add 1 whole medium size banana, 1 Tbs. honey (more or less to taste, I use quite a bit less actually, around about 1 tsp.) and 1 Tbs. organic peanut butter.
Obviously you can use any type of peanut butter, oatmeal and honey, but to select healthier products, made the outcome much healthier.
Stir everything together and allow to sit about 1 minute or so before serving.
