Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe
A traditional ramen noodle salad is the perfect inexpensive side dish to go with almost any meal. It's SO full of flavor and can be changed up to meet any taste you are looking for!

4 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles 1 cups celery diced ½ medium red onion diced ½ medium green bell pepper diced 4 ounces green peas 1 cups mayonnaise
Boil water and break noodles into boiling water. Cook as directed on package.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a separate bowl, combine noodles, celery, onion, pepper and peas.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and chicken seasoning mix (from ramen packets.)
Mix into noodles until well coated. Chill and Serve.
