Ingredients

  • 1 baguette sliced into 1-inch thick slices (about 8 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan grated

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and oregano (if using).
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered side of the bread slices. You can also add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra flavor (optional).
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Arrange the bread slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
