Strawberry Avocado Smoothies

Strawberry Avocado Smoothies start with three simple ingredients and go from there. Easy to make additions to, no sugar necessary unless desired. A truly healthy and refreshing smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cups strawberries frozen and sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Optional: If too thick, add a little liquid at a time until desired consistency. (Liquid options: almond milk, dairy milk, water, coconut water.)
  • Optional: Add your preferred sweetener to taste. The banana is usually plenty sweet enough for me, so I don't add sweetener, but you may want to.
