Ingredients
1frozen banana
1cupfrozen sliced strawberries
1ripe avocadosliced
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Optional: If too thick, add a little liquid at a time until desired consistency. (Liquid options: almond milk, dairy milk, water, coconut water.)
Optional: Add your preferred sweetener to taste. The banana is usually plenty sweet enough for me, so I don't add sweetener, but you may want to.
