Instructions

  • Boil 1 1/2 cups of water. Add tea bags and sweetener to the water and stir. Steep the tea bags while the tea is cooling. To speed up the cooling process, place in refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
  • When you're about 20 minutes away from wanting to make your Plum Spice bubble Milk Tea, make the boba according to your package directions. I cooked mine about 10 minutes before they were how I like them. Drain and rinse them in cold water and then allow to sit in a bowl.
  • When tea is cooled to desired temperature, remove from refrigerator. In a tall glass, add the boba, and pour the tea in. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of half and half. Mix well to combine. If you want it colder, add some ice. If you want it sweeter, add some more sugar or honey or whatever you chose.
  • Serve immediately with large boba straws.
