Ingredients
2large butternut squashpeeled and cubed
1 ½poundsstew beefcubed
2tablespoonsolive oil
1cupof potatocubed
2celery stalkschopped
¼cuponionchopped
32ouncesof beef stock
3garlic clovesminced
1tablespoonminced rosemary
1tablespoonchopped thyme
1tablespoonchopped or ground sage
1teaspoonof salt
1teaspoonpepper
Extra Veggies to addif desired
Instructions
Drizzle the olive oil in the bottom of a skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the stew beef in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and place in the slow cooker.
Add ALL remaining ingredients to your slow cooker and mix.
