Apple Pie Pancakes
It's like Fall in every bite, these Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Apple Pie Pancakes have been dubbed Apple Pie Pancakes at our house! So Delicious!
Servings 8 pancakes
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 apple coarsely grated
In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, brown sugar and cinnamon.
In another smaller bowl whisk together egg, milk and apple.
Pour apple mixture into flour mixture and mix all ingredients just until combined.
Scoop pancake batter onto a lightly greased pan over medium heat and cook for approximately 2 minutes each side. Or use a griddle over medium heat.
Serve with maple syrup.
