These Gingerbread Peanut Butter OREO Truffle Balls are incredibly easy and the perfect gift to give at holiday time. Made with delicious oreos, spiced with great gingerbread flavor and some peanut butter to hold it all together. Absolutely delicious!
Mix cream cheese and OREO cookie crumbs until blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 minutes. Dip OREO cookie balls in melted chocolate; place in a single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
Customize it with your own ingredient additions or decorative skills. (see optional instructions)
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Optional Instructions:
Sprinkle gingerbread crumbs on top as soon as the OREO Cookie balls are on the waxed paper. Or allow to sit for a couple of moments and then roll the OREO Cookie ball through the gingerbread crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
