Ingredients
1cupof dry Quinoaprepare according to pkg. directions
2Tablespoonsunsalted butter
2cupsSpinachtorn
1TablespoonGarlic Powder
1Yellow Sweet Pepperdiced
1Red Sweet Pepperdiced
1pkg.9.6oz Jimmy Dean - Turkey Sausage Crumbles
1cupavocadocubed
¼cupgreen onionschopped
Top with cilantroparsley or another herb if you'd like
Instructions
Prepare 1 cup of Quinoa according to pkg. directions.
Melt the butter over medium low heat, toss the torn spinach in and stir until wilted. Remove spinach from pan and set aside on a plate.
Add diced peppers and jimmy dean sausage to pan and heat for approximately 8 minutes or until heated through. Stir often.
Remove from heat and stir into cooked Quinoa. Stir in the chopped green onions and avocado. Top the bowl with roughly chopped cilantro, parsley or any other herb you'd like.
