Mango Banana Smoothie

A refreshing summer beverage to help clear the heat!

Ingredients

  • 1 mango cut up
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • ¾ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoons honey or agave nectar - that's what we use
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Throw everything into a blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Delicious!
  • Note: You can substitute yogurt for milk and I would imagine the results would be similar.
