Ingredients

For the Sesame Garlic Sauce:

  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cooking sherry

Spicy Mustard Soy Sauce:

  • 3 Tablespoons spicy chinese mustard
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Sweet & Sour Sauce:

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • cup white vinegar
  • cup water
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Garlicy Stir Fry Sauce:

  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon honey

Instructions

For ALL Dipping Sauces:

  • Combine ingredients well. Serve in dipping bowls.

For Sweet & Sour Sauce:

  • Once combined, heat to boiling, remove from heat, stir and serve. (you can chill it before serving if you'd like)
