Ingredients
1loaf of Italian Bread
Olive Oil
2teaspoonsminced garlic
¼cupchopped tomatoescanned is okay too, just drain them well
¼cupchopped jalapenosseeds removed
LOTS of Hormel Pepperoniquartered
1-2cupsof Mozzarella cheese
¼cupsliced black olives
Fresh OreganoBasil or Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Slice your Italian Bread as pictured in the photos. (across and down to make a "checkerboard" pattern)
Drizzle a little olive oil down inside and if you feel like it, add some minced garlic.
Stuff your chopped tomatoes down between your slices.
Next add the jalapenos. If you want more, add more, if you want less, add less.
Quarter your pepperoni, or you could halve it. I quartered ours because it allowed me to stuff more down inside.
Stuff that pepperoni down inside too.
Cover everything in cheese.
Top with Black Olives and Herbs. Bake at 325 for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
