A fun little twist on the Kentucky Hot Brown. These Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders start with delicious warm turkey, melted gruyere cheese, bacon and a buttery sauce, these sliders are sure to be a hit!
Slice the rolls in half and spread some mayo on each side. Set the tops aside.
Top each bottom with a slice of turkey.
Add a slice of Gruyère to each one and sprinkle parmesan all over the top of the whole pan of rolls.
Add some pimentos to each roll.
Top each sandwich with a slice of bacon. I cut them in half and criss crossed them.
Put the tops back on.
Now we're whipping up some sauce to pour on top. Whisk together the dijon mustard, melted butter, finely chopped onions and worcestershire sauce. Pour over the top slowly. Let it run down the sliders. Yum!
Cover the pan with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove the tinfoil and bake for an additional 2 minutes until tops are slightly browned and crispy. Serve hot!
