Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

Pumpkin and Cheesecake combine in a flaky pie crust, spiced to perfection to make this totally delicious, easy pumpkin cheesecake pie!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs
  • 9" pie crust homemade or ready to use

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice until blended.
  • Add eggs and beat just until blended.
  • Pour into your prepared pie crust.
  • Bake in a 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream if desired.
