Ingredients

Cake

  • 5 cups pancake mix *just add water use the complete pancake mix
  • 1 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, cinnamon and granulated sugar. Add the water, greek yogurt and vanilla and combine everything.
  • The batter will be very thick. Using a spatula, spread the batter into a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl whisk the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately or allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
