Ingredients

  • 1 pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  • Prepare your Brussels sprouts. If using fresh, trim them and then cut them in half. If using frozen you don't need to do anything to them. Move onto the next step.
  • Place the fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts into a mixing bowl, add a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts into your air fryer and shake the sprouts to get them spread out. Air fry them at 375 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Open air fryer, shake them well. Air fry again for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F.
  • At this point, you could be done. NOTE: All Air Fryers cook differently, add 2-3 minutes as needed until done. It should not be longer than 15 minutes for fresh or frozen.
  • Melt butter in the microwave. Toss the Brussels Sprouts in the butter and serve immediately.
