Ingredients

1 cups candy melts vibrant green
1 cups candy melts lavender
1 cups candy melts black
1 cups candy melts orange
4 cups Chex cereal
⅓ cups powdered sugar per color
½ cups sprinkles
¼ cups sprinkle shapes bones
¼ cups sprinkle shapes eyeballs

Instructions

To Make Puppy Chow:

You will need 4 bowls to melt the candy melt colors. Follow package directions and melt each color in their own bowl.
Add 1 cup of Chex cereal to each color and toss constantly until well coated. If pieces seem to stick together, break them apart.
In a large zip top storage bag, pour in 1/3 cup of powdered sugar. Scoop the candy coated Chex cereal to the bag. Seal the bag well, and shake. Shake it a lot. Upside down, side to side. Make sure and coat every piece.
Open bag and pour onto a piece of parchment paper and spread them out. If any are stuck together, pull them apart and dip in some powdered sugar.
Allow to dry.
In a large bowl, combine all the colors and toss to mix. If serving in little containers, scoop the puppy chow into the containers. When ready to serve either in the large serving bowl or individual containers, sprinkle sprinkles on top.
