Tuna Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

- 6 large Portabella Mushroom Caps
- ¼ cups red bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cups green bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cups celery chopped
- 10 ounces tuna in water drained
- ½ cups cheese shredded
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together the veggies, tuna and mayonnaise until blended. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Spoon the mixture into portabella mushroom caps.
Bake in 400 degree F oven for about 12 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle the tops of each with cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Remove, allow to cool slightly and serve! Yum!
