Mix up your pancake mix. Doesn't matter if you use from scratch or store bought mix. I make mine up from scratch using this basic buttermilk pancake recipe
Put your Reese's spreads in a piping bag or just use a plastic baggie with the end snipped like I did.
Gather all your ingredients together and spray your pan with cooking spray. You don't want to skip this step because you're going to want to work fast after the batter goes in.
Fill the cavities of the pan halfway with batter.
Working quickly, drop a scoopful of banana into the center of each batter filled cavity.
Top with a squeeze of Reese's Spreads.
Fill the cavities the rest of the way with batter.
When you notice the top cooking and the sides pulling in, it's time to flip them. They sell special tongs for flipping but I just use a large spoon. Just so you are aware, you will probably have the batter start coming out as soon as you are flipping and that's okay as long as the batter fills the cavity so it cooks. When the Ebelskivers are easy to remove, you'll know they are done. You're looking for golden color like a normal pancake. Remove pan from heat. Remove Ebelskivers from pan and enjoy!
