½ cup blueberries frozen ½ cup raspberries frozen ½ cup diced strawberries frozen ½ cup pomegranate juice ½ ripe banana sliced ½ cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract 1 Tablespoons honey optional
In your blender, layer the ingredients in this order: pomegranate juice, frozen berries, banana, frozen yogurt. Add honey and extract at the end.
