Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries frozen
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup diced strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ ripe banana sliced
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoons honey optional

Instructions

  • In your blender, layer the ingredients in this order: pomegranate juice, frozen berries, banana, frozen yogurt. Add honey and extract at the end.
  • Blend well. Enjoy!
