Watergate Salad Pudding Pops

Watergate Salad Pudding Pops - The classic, creamy flavor of Watergate Salad frozen into a wonderfully refreshing and delicious popsicle! Creamy pistachio pudding, mini marshmallows, pineapple chunks make up this incredible summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 3.9 ounce Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups milk cold
  • 1 ¼ cups whipped topping thawed
  • ½ cups pineapple tidbits drained
  • ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Beat the instant pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 min. 
  • Stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon the pudding mixture into popsicle molds about 3/4 full. 
  • Add about 3-4 pieces of pineapple tidbits to each mold. Next add 3-4 mini marshmallows per mold. Be sure to push some down to the bottom.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. 
  • If you have any trouble removing popsicles, fill a sink with cold water and dip popsicle molds into the water careful to not get the water into the molds. Allow to sit until popsicles are removed from molds easily.
