- ½ medium onion diced
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 small lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
- pinch salt and pepper
Pretty simple. Mix the tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, minced garlic, and the lime juice.
Add the finely chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Stir gently and serve.
